Alberto has changed their formula & packaging yet again. The new product is actually not in the container shown & the ingredients have changed. It is not as good as it used to be.

The only thing that gives such strong natural hold/volume, even in rain/snow (I try to keep my hood up, but this has never failed me) - short hair usually goes flat, limp, even stringy in rain (even my hood won't flatten this, I just muss/fluff if it again - it's very resilient, hair won't be stringy, and it won't run). Yet it still washes out with ease - and if you don't shower every day, it still holds/looks/feels great the next day (and you can fluff/rework without adding more). This is the only styling product I've used that does exactly what I want it to well for so long and through so much, with no downside (doesn't irritate my skin, and the slight vanilla/banana scent fades). It starts off thick (I just spread a small dab on my finger tips) and can seem hard to work with, but will gradually (in maybe a minute or so) start to feel like normal hair just with more texture/strength/volume you can fluff/scrunch (and isn't dry/stiff). It's amazing, easy to find, and a great price.
