Helpful hints for sizing your Belly Bandit:
- In the eighth month many women will be the same size as they will be post delivery. Simply measure the circumference of your belly starting at your belly button. Choose the corresponding band for your size.
- Just prior to delivery simply subtract 3 to 5 inches from your belly measurement. Select the corresponding band for that size.
- If you purchase your Belly Bandit after you give birth, simply choose the corresponding band for your belly size.

This is a product I wish I had used for my first pregnancy. I bought it mostly with the intention of shrinking my belly faster. I wear it since the 4th day, and on and off throughout the day. I'm not sure if it works but my family did notice the shrinking. What I really like is the support (didn't have c-section, but still) - it forces me to sit up straight instead of slouching which helps with my back pain. Choosing a size may be difficult if you buy ahead of delivery - I bought an XS before I gave birth, and it didn't fit the first few days. However it's starting to fit after.

The Belly Bandit is fantastic. I had a c-section and the added support that the belly bandit has given me to move around has been priceless. I also have noticed that by using the Belly Bandit my tummy has been shrinking back faster than with my first child. It is worth the price!

The belly bandit works great. It's been 8 days since I had my little one and I can see a huge difference already. I'm not sure if my body would have shrunk back this fast on its own (first pregnancy, so nothing to compare to), but nonetheless the support feels great. The only downfall is that it gets a big crease across my back/waist when worn for a while, and that I almost need a smaller size already...but im not sure I want to buy a second one.
