The only diaper rash cream I will use. My son has very sensitive skin, this products seems to heal, protect and moisturize. Has a strong scent to it, not unpleasant, but definitely noticeable.

We've used this for our son, only if he gets a little red, and have never had any issues, plus we use cloth and it's been fine!

Baby's bum smells so good, its hard to pick up his poo scent :)
Rashes clear up fast but not unlike sudocream which is also good.
Best is that the cream is thick and stays on for a mobile baby.
Tube is bad design. Product stays stuck in.

Soothing and effective. However, horrible packaging. The tin tube was much more user friendly.

My boys have yet to have a diaper rash and I attribute that to using Burt's Bee's diaper ointment whenever they start to get a bit of redness. I agree with other posters that the tube is very hard and makes getting the cream out difficult especially with a squirmy baby. I would prefer a jar style so I can use every bit that I pay for :)

I have used this cream for all three of my daughters and would definitely recommend it. It works really well and quickly on teething rashes and I've even used it on red marks they got in their chubby wrinkles on occasion from the skin being moist and rubbing. It does have a strong but not unpleasant herbal scent. Much better than that synthetic baby powder scent used by some companies anyway! I will continue to buy this product. I do prefer the old style of tube though, It was much easier to get out.

I love the scent of this cream & used it devoutly with my oldest. Then they( Burt's bees ) had the audacity to repackage the cream in a shorter wider tube. Resulting in the tube running out faster. Many times had to be frugal & cut the tube in half and SCOOP out the remaining cream ( 2/3 of the cream just cannot get squeezed out!) tsk!!!
Have now switched to other creams whose scents are just as nice and does the utmost in keeping diaper rashes away. ( California baby, welded baby, mustela, live clean baby... Just to name my top picks )
Boo on you fatter wider Burt's bees tube! Boooo

I love the smell of this product. I used it for my baby. However, its too pricy and the tube is running out faster.

The product is great but the new tubes are terrible. I wish they would bring back the old ones.

I really love this product, but I only gave it 3 stars because there isn't much in the container and it gets used up very quickly. That said, I continue to buy it because it works so well for my daughter. If she has any redness at all this product cures it within hours.

Love the product, but not much comes in the actual container and it's expensive comparatively. Too bad.

We use this product on our son at his last diaper change for the night - it spreads very nicely and it keeps his bottom dry overnight. We've tried a few different zinc based creams for overnight use, but this one is the best we've tried.
Cecilia: a few months ago
Goes on easily and does the job, but scent is quite strong. Would have given it a higher rating but for the scent.

I like this product, it spreads really well and does a good job of keeping his bum dry.

The ONLY diaper cream I've ever & will ever use. My babies have never had diaper rash!

On the rare occasion that my son has had a diaper rash this cleared it up quickly, and it smells great.

super amazing butt cream! Better than any of the unnatural ointments! Always had one in my purse for my kids since you never know when they'll get a rash! Once applied, the rash is gone overnight....

Purchased Burt's Bees Nappy Ointment for our new grandaughter....as with all Burt's Bees products, it's great!

LOVE this cream. However, I found that the new package with wider tube is not very easy to apply. After a few applications, I really needed to work my muscle to get the cream out. Old tubes were longer and narrower so I could use every last bit of it.

This is the best diaper cream going. MY daughter gets really bad rashes on her bottom from normal diaper rash to yeast diaper rashes. This is the only non perscription cream that works. Well worth the money.
The Baby Bees Butter Milk Lotion also works really well!!

This product is fantastic!! After mistakenly using some Huggies "sensitive" wipes that were sent to me in the mail, my daughter's bottom was ANGRY red and she was screaming. The Burt's Bees soothed her is a very short period of time. A little goes a long way and does not stain the cloth diapers. No more chemical-loaded wipes for me...I'll stick to my wash cloths.

This is the best diaper cream I've used! It works great for my son who gets a terrible rash associated with teething. Works fast and smells good too.

This is our absolute favourite diaper rash cream. Nice and gentle on his skin (not drying) and doesn't stain our cloth diapers or make them smell. The only thing that seemed to soothe his chronic rash. Other zinc creams either dried his skin so much it peeled and/or made our diapers stink like cod liver oil.

I personally did not like this cream at all. The texture is okay but the fragrance is way too strong - it actually made me nauseated - and I didn't find it worked better then any other cream out there.

This cream has saved my ears because it's the only cream that works and trust me I've tried them all. My son goes from crying to silence with a smile. His rash was really bad but this cream heals the rash so quickly it's gone or better with 1 application. I love it and can't live without it.
I even use it for myself ...
