For the person who complained about needing to tighten this very well, I would like to respond that if you take the ring off with which this came and put the canister directly on your keyring, that issue is solved. Somehow it loosens itself otherwise.
So useful that this is the second time I have ordered.

LOOKS NICE AND IS QUITE USEFUL BUT MUST BE TIGHTENED VERY WELL OR WILL EVENTUALLY OPEN AND PILLS WILL BE LOST AS WELL AS THE LOWER CONTAINER .

Great for carrying tylenol or advil where ever you go. Would be nice if they would be offered in bigger size as only 2-4 tylenol/advil fit in the key ring
