I recomend this product to anyone who can't afford pay for a professional night guard. It's simple to use as long as you follow the directions to the letter. My only complaint is the size. I have a small mouth and I found it to be too bulky. My suggestion would be to make them in small, medium and large sizes.

This product is very simple to use and is much better a than the night guard I received from my dentist at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this anyone because it works well for me.

It does do what it says it'll do! Stops me from grinding my teeth at night, and it isn't as bulky as the original Doctor's Nightguard in the front of my mouth. I do find that it's a little harder to fit properly because there isn't a solid front to it. When I eventually wear this one out, I think I'll buy the original again because I prefer having a more solid-feeling mouthguard. If you're looking for a less bulky one that makes it a little easier to talk, this is worth the extra $8.
