Excipients: Dextrose, Mannitol, Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Natural Spearmint Flavour, Silica, Sucralose.
Restrictions
Calcium can interfere with tetracycline antibiotics and calcium channel blockers. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any thiazide diuretics, as these can cause extremely high (potentially toxic) levels of calcium in the body. Individuals with kidney or thyroid disorders should consult a health-care practitioner before use. Take calcium supplements two hours after bisphosphonates. Calcium carbonate may cause symptoms of gas, bloating or constipation. If these occur, switch to calcium citrate. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Excess calcium can contribute to the development of kidney stones and may cause calcium deposits in the body.

I had never seen this product at stores and thought that a chewable calcium tablet would be a good way to get my calcium. I was afraid that they might be chalky tasting, but I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely spearmint flavour and how quickly they dissolved in the mouth. They are so good, I have to watch that I don't treat them like candy!
