I love these...within 10 mins I start to feel myself getting sleepy and shortly after I AM asleep. The taste is a bit different but not bad.

Excellent product! Have tried Melatonin in pill form but it was not as effective as the strips. Will continue to buy these.

I am not a fan of the strips. I find the flavour intense, but not particularily good. I am not sure if it is all melatonin products or this one specifically, but I had a very restless night of tossing and turning. If anything it made me hyper active rather than helped me to sleep a full night. It may not be the products 'fault'; perhaps I just am not a good candidate for melatonin products. Flavour is still yucky though!

So far product has been great. I take before bed and fall asleep quite nicely sleep the night through and wake up feeling rested.

Fast acting and very effective inducement of sleep. The strips are also easy to divide into quarters for a more moderate but still effective dose.

This product worked wonders for my husband. He had trouble staying asleep, would often have nightmares and yell out in his sleep, and continually woke in the morning exhausted. The melatonin strips were my idea :) and he reluctantly agreed to try them, but was thrilled to see how well they worked with no grogginess the next day and no habit-forming issues. Highly reccomeneded!

I switched to these strips for the convenience, no need of water to swallow pills. Also, they work much faster than melatonin capsules (30 mins vs. 10 mins in average)
I like the taste too.

Works fairly well when you can't sleep, although the taste is a bit odd.

easy to digest - the strip melts on your tongue so there are no pills to swallow. I find it extremely effective and despite having trouble sleeping for decades, I drift off to sleep shortly after taking it. There is no hangover the next morning and I wake up feeling refreshed.

These melatonin strips are great! I bought them before a trip in anticipation of some major jet lag. I love that they just dissolve on my tongue and they taste like chocolate, which is a bonus. Every time I took one or two of these strips I was sleepy within minutes and had a good night's sleep, without waking up at all during the night! Definitely recommend these.
