Was looking for something natural (or at least very very very close to) and as an avid "Greenie", I really like that it's alcohol, dye and saccharin free. Works INCREDIBLY (I have never purchased other gas relief so I may be biased :) ) but my little guy LOVES the taste. It's a bit grapey (I always taste something before giving it to him) and honestly, not bad! He always toots or burps in minutes.

I stumbled across this product.....I love it and it seems to work for my son who has a hard time passing gas. When I give him the recommended dose of Little Tummies he passes gas or burps within minutes. I give it to him several times a day. It has a pleasant smell and taste. I have stocked up on Little Tummies to ensure I don't run out. I would definitely recommend this product.

Could not live with out this stuff for a new baby! Always found it to work far better then Oval drops. Baby actually seems to like the favour also. Work in a instant!

Love this stuff!! I swear by it. I have been using this product for 2 years, first for my first daughter and now for my second and I find it helps relieve the discomfort in less than 10 minutes. I've tried gripe water and ended up in tears as my daughter gagged and then projectile vomited. The taste of the gripe water was horrendous and it required that so much be given to her where as with Little Tummys only 0.3mL is needed. Another benefit of this product is how long it lasts. I only ever had to purchase 2 in 2 years, definitely cannot beat that! Overall amazing product!
