You can be sure the bath water is just right for your baby without constant testing and guessing. This award-winning inflatable tub has a special White Hot dot that turns white when the water is too hot, then turns blue when it’s just right. The adorable ducky tub has a contoured headrest and is fully padded for your baby’s total comfort. Even the beak squeaks to keep your baby entertained.
So far so good. My little one grew out of his first bathtub and this is what we purchased. We are very happy with it. He loves it as he's got plenty of room to splash around. We will be taking it with us when we travel!
My 6 month old son loves this tub. Put it in your bathtub though, as opposed to using it as a 'countertop' tub, as I first tried, because baby will have so much fun kicking and splashing that you will have a big mess (I did). Baby seems comfortable and is happy in there for quite a long time. I think because air is an insulator, the water stays warm for quite a while. I love that it will deflate when we're done with it. And down the road, it can be a fun outdoor beach toy. My little cousins even used theirs as a pull-sled in the winter, by tying a rope around the duck neck.
Had to write a review as this is an awesome product! Really has made bath time fun. Great for transition from baby tub. It's bottom is super non slip so baby doesn't fall back or slip. Really great grip. My son loves the quacking beak. He wants to pull up to stand on the sides and give the duck head kisses. Highly recommend.
I think this tub would be perfect, the size and shape are just right.... however, my 6.5 month old daughter was absolutely terrified by it! She actually threw up. I'm not sure if it's because it is a giant duck, or just because it is new. Anyways, I will try again in a couple months.
My daughter loves this tub with the squeaking duck beak. Makes bath time a little more fun. I like the soft edges for when she is splashing and playing.
It's easy to travel with also.
The size is suitable for my 8 month son and he likes to play inside during bathing. It is good for travel too.
This is a great tub. Started using it for my 5 month old daughter. The bottom is grippy so she doesn't slip around when kicking and splashing. And she likes to be able to lean her head against the ducks tail for a break.
Love this tub! We needed a tub to transition from our bucket style Spa Baby tub as our daughter outgrew it. My friends all have this tub and said it was great. She was 6 months when we got it. She loves it! It's easy to put in our tub and I am able to hold her and wash her with just the right amount of water to keep her warm but not too deep. She doesn't slip on the surface. She likes to lead on the soft sides. For the price it's wonderful. This tun would not be suitable for a baby who can't sit up yet.
What a great product. My 8 month old son just loves bath time now. I highly recommend this to other parents.
We bought this tub for travelling and it was perfect for this. It could have been a little deeper, but it worked quite fine. It was very compact and blew up quickly.
We are on our third duck as well. It tends to get holes around the beak of the duck and the repair kit doesn't work. Our daughter loves the tub so we keep on buying new ones. However, it would be nice if it was built a little better.
We are now with our 3rd duck tub since December....Holes keeps appearing even if we are taking really good care of it. This is sad since our daughter really loves the product and that we were planing on using it while travelling.
After a couple incidences of my daughter 7 month old sliding and hitting her face on the side of her small hard plastic tub, I started looking for an alternative. Our friends had this cute ducky tub -- THAT QUACKS :o) and I was sold! Not only does my daughter love duckies she has a blast in this tub! It uses very little water and she plays freely while I watch and don't fear her hurting herself anymore! It's great! If I were to have a complaint it's that the suction cup attached to hang from the tiles does not work and that would give it a 5/5!
I thought I'd update my last post... it now has two holes in it which we've tried to repair but can't. For the price it lasted, but now it's garbage and our son is not yet ready for the big tub. We'll have to get something else or another one of these.
Bath time should be a lot of fun. This duck brings my grandson up higher so it is easier on my back. Need I mention the photo ops too?!?...move over Anne Geddes!
I love this tub and so does my son. It works best if you blow it up all the way, otherwise when he leans on the side a lot of water pours out. We purchased it when his baby tub was getting small and it's just the right size for him. It probably won't be able to last longer than when he is 1 year as it will be too short for him. For now it's great, especially at this price. Only downfall is the HOT symbol appears even if the water is room temperature. I'm not sure if ours is faulty, but we don't use the thermometer.
