Used to be the best, is now the worst.
This used to be my go-to floss for many years, but the recent change to the manufacturing is terrible. The floss is unusable now - uncomfortable and simply doesn't work. I can't trust Oral B as a whole now, so I won't be back. There's no way a competent company could think that this is an acceptable product.

Hate the New and Improved Glide Deep Clean DentalF
I have bought Oral B Pro Health Deep Clean Dental Floss for years because it did a great job and didn't hurt my gums. I despise the new Teflon floss which falls apart and doesn't floss well at all. I won't purchase it again. Why would you replace a good trusted product with an inferior one???

Floss has changed
I have been buying this floss for several years but the last batch was just not up to par with the quality I have come to expect. Not sure why they changed it but the floss is much thinner, more plastic and stiff, and frays much more easily. Really disappointed in this recent change.

Breaks way too easily!
Decided to try this floss two weeks ago and am extremely disappointed. Never seen floss break so easily in my life. As soon as it gets between my teeth, it immediately breaks. It's to the point where it's completely unusable. Never again would I buy this garbage.

Disappointed
I bought this item in a package of 3 a few months ago. The product has changed and seems to be of a lesser quality. The new product is not as thick as the previous ones I have bought. Same brand always.
Can you recommend a stronger, thicker line.

It's just like every other waxed floss out there, only it has prettier packaging and cost a bit more. And it DOES NOT get into the tight spaces like the packaging claims. The "Ultra Floss" was far superior!!!!

New version is not good
This product has changed drastically for the worst. It now seems to be made of plastic and does not glide in between the teeth easily anymore. It also slips between fingers and can't hold on to it while using.

Horrible New formula
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) New Floss is Horrible. It gets stuck in my teeth, it doesn't glide anymore. I absolutely hate it and I unfortunately bought a 3 pack.

Quality has declined
I bought a 3 pack, as I had done many times before and find the change in the product disappointing. It is thinner now making it easy to split, curl and is not as effective.

Product has become garbage!
What has happened to your product? It is absolute garbage now. It feels like plastic and it sticks and it hurts. I will be discontinuing use of your product. How terrible!!

Junk floss, shreds
This floss is useless anymore. It used to actually be good and it now shreds before I can floss my entire mouth, which I used to be able to get a few uses, it's junk now.
