As someone without any dietary restrictions or nausea issues I didn't find this vitamin worth the cost. I found it annoying to have to take 3 capsules a day which meant one bottle lasted just over one month. I bought it because it's "natural" and at about the same price point for other conventional prenatal vitamins but really it's 3 times more expensive. Didn't buy again simply because of the cost. Jameson prenatals work fine for me.

There isn't much to say about a supplement- happy to hear it's made without sulphites, dairy, shellfish...etc. Very allergy-friendly and seems to do the job, so A+ to that

I like this multivitamin because it has a diversity of vitamins in it in good amount, and also it is so easy to swallow! :-)

This prenatal vitamin is great; it has everything I was looking for. Its in a gel capsule and is easy to swallow. It also doesn't have a strong smell, which makes a big difference most days. You can see the vitamins and minerals in a powder form inside the capsule so your body can absorb it better then a compressed pill; or if you need to break it open and add it to food its easy to do so. Best of all its made in Canada!
