This is good sauce, but I am very disappointed in the "mason" jar. I think the Simply Natural people are trying to promote their product with the allusion of reusability in a canning jar or the illusion of a home canned product. Well this jar opening, is not standard in Canada and probably not in the US either. The jar itself is not useable for canning. For this reason, I cannot highly rate it. You would think an organic company would be interested in reusability, in order to offer an environmentally sound product.
