I can rely on Benadryl whenever my worst allergies get to me. Very useful and a must have for every medicine cabinet!

Great thing to have on hand if you ever get itchy thanks to allergies, bug bites, etc. I was having awful skin itching at night that I couldn't pinpoint the cause of, and this helped me sleep better, instead of waking up scratching. I tolerate this better than the pill version, probably because of the fillers in the pills. I like the taste of this, too, spicy-sweet.
