Grade C is Good but it is too mild for me. Not allot of flavor. I wanted Grade D (Dark) instead but it was too expensive for me to buy. The first maple syrup I have tasted was Grade D (Dark) which was awesome. Ever since then I was never satisfy with the lighter maple syrups and the maple syrups with other ingredients added. I end up using allot of syrup everytime time I made pancakes because of this problem. I have a abit of maple syrup left but the cap is stuck because of the maple syrup.I wish that they made the bottles differently.
