IronKids Multi-Vitamins for Active Kids are specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of today's active children. With no artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors you can ensure that your child is getting the proper nutrition needed for their optimum development.
Directions: Children 2 to 4 years of age - chew one gummy daily Adults and children 4 years of age and older - chew 2 gummies daily.
Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 1250 IU, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.5 mcg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 30 mg, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 100 IU, Vitamin E (di-tocopherol acetate) 7.5 IU, Biotin 75 mcg, Folic Acid 100 mcg, Niacin 9 mg
Non Medicinal Ingredients: Glucose syrup, gelatin, sugar, water, citric acid, coating (Vegetable oil, canauba wax, bees wax), fruit concentrate (Black current, carrot), safflower oil, paprika extract, natural flavors.

These are great! I just wish they didn't have the lemon flavour as he refuses to eat this flavour. He loves the other flavours though.

We have spent alot of money trying to find a quality vitamin that my son doesn't mind the taste of. He isn't the best of eaters so it is important that he takes a supplement to help him get his daily nutrients. This is the FIRST one that he doesn't complain about!! it's a keeper for sure!

Great gummies taste with a true gummies texture. Wish it came in a bigger amount as one of my children take 4 a day and the other takes 2. I also eat them once in a while so we are going to go through a lot.

We all use these. A bit too expensive for our lifestyle, but we know that we don't need to eat vitamins everyday anyway. Hard to rate a vitamin too, but...who doesn't like fruit flavoured gummies!?

Kids love these! Only drawback is they recommend 2 for children 4+ so with 2 kids, they don't last long.

My kids love the IronKids vitamins. Even the Omega 3's were very tasty with no fishy smell or flavour. One word of warning though ... put them up away from little hands. They smell and taste just like candy.

We have used the vitamins, Omega, and are now using the Vitamin D. There is never an issue with taking this. My son loves them he always asks if he can have more. He is now 3 almost 4 so then he can have more. Love this product. Highly recommend to keep your active little one healthy!
