I went on a vacation to the Caribbean for 2 weeks and was in the sun, the ocean and the sand, A LOT. I was also using some pretty sketchy hotel shampoo and conditioner... When I came home, I started using the Colour Renew Tone Correcting Shampoo immediately. It turned my hair from a very warm slightly brassy blonde to a pretty cool blonde in just 3 uses. My hair also doesn't feel brittle or dehydrated after using it like some purple shampoos have done. Also, the scent is not overpowering. Just right! It definitely does what it says and more! I highly recommend it.

That does not mean I use expensive brands. It just means I would not give a good review on a product that did not work for me. I would definitely recommend this product. The smell was a yummy citrus scent and didn’t smell bleach at all. I have relatively dark brown seriously curly hair with blond highlights and if I’m not careful they become brassy looking really quickly. This product took care of that! I didn’t have to shampoo with it everyday but my hair looked like I did (wink wink). I have bought another bottle because my daughter used it on her hair too lol

I received this two days ago in the Mail from Top Box Circle and of course your amazing company John Frieda! I was very impressed with the cute gift box and confetti :) Thank you for the free products to test out & Review. I've only gotten to use it once so far, which was yesterday. I like it so far, but obviously wont see any results yet! But I've noticed a difference in my hair texture, a good difference.It just feels overall stronger. I must add that I LOVE how the shampoo is actually purple too. The bottles are very appealing also and sure catch my eye. I will definitely keep using and update this post on how it actually renews my hair color :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by gorgeousmomma from Just "OK." I have had a problem with my hair color turning "brassy" at the roots, after coloring my hair. This usually happens 2 weeks after I color my hair. I really wanted this product to WORK, but was a little nervous, when I read "after 3 washes," I would notice a difference. I actually used this product for almost a month, before writing my review. My roots are still brassy, but there is a slight difference in it looking "somewhat" better. I find this shampoo makes my roots very oily after 24 hours and after just 1 week of use, my overall hair felt very dry. Will try other products from John Frieda, but won't buy this again! Not a bad product, just needs some tweeking!

Always been a huge John Frieda fan. I have naturally dirty blond hair, tends to be a bit darker, but I colour it lighter. This mask was lovely. Evenly toned my hair, left it shiny and moisturized. It was gentle on my hair and scalp and left it feeling bouncy and airy. Also, enjoyed the smell, it lasted long and had a more natural scent, which I like!!

All my brassy pieces, died and natural hair, was toned to a perfect shade. I have had violet shampoos that left my hair looking purple/grey and I hated it. I leave the Violet Crush sitting in my hair for about 3 minutes and its perfect. Not only does it not dry out my hair like some violet shampoos, it actually leaves my hair feeling soft. Thanks #topboxcircle for the #freeproduct. I love it and have already bought a new bottle to replace the sample.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MhyrrMaid from Waste Of Money. My hair is at a level 10, basically white but with fairly mild bleach blonde brassy tones on ends. Decided to try, will never purchase again. It did nothing to remove the brassy tones as it states it’s supposed to be used for. It was harsh and dried my hair right out, even after using the conditioner, and found my hair difficult to brush through as well as elastic-like after using, which it was not before using. Will never purchase again. Complete waste of money that I wish I could get back. Do not get confused between this and the intense purple shampoo. Buyer beware! Do not buy! Would rate 0 stars if I could.
