So far I have been using this for about 3 weeks, twice daily after I was my face (morning and night), and I seem to have more pimples. I emailed the company and asked if the product brought up underlying pimples to the surface (aka made it worse before it gets better) and they said I'm right and to continue use. However, it's been 3 weeks and I don't see another couple of weeks making any difference. I'm a little disappointed as it was a more expensive product and other reviews promised results.

I really liked this product. It is gentle, and effectively helps clear my cystic acne more quickly than normal. It also smells good. You have to make sure that you put it on at least once a day (I do before bed)--even when you don't have zits--for it to work properly.

Great product! I use in in conjunction with the Effaclar compensating moisturizer and it has really helped my skin!
