Love this at my kitchen sink so when I'm working with meat I don't have to worry. However it seems silly to put the battery compartment on the bottom so I have to be careful it doesn't get too wet (impossible really beside the kitchen sink) so that's a bit of a design flaw. Also I think the refills are a tad overpriced but I pick them up on sale.

i have one of these in every room of my house (kitchen, both bathrooms). for everyone saying wish you can refill them, here is a tip.....i took a drill and drilled a hole in the top of the disposable soap container ( 1/2 " wide). i fill them with any type of soap i want and use a cork to plug the hole in between fill ups.

I bought one of these for home and one for my classroom. They work well and are not too sensitive (unlike my previous automatic soap dispenser). The only problem... I wish you could refill the soap dispenser to save on money.

Wonderful product. Sanitary and convenient, especially in the kitchen where often both hands are covered with flour or been touching raw meat and previously there was no way to get the soap on your hands without touching the dispenser. No fuss, no muss.

I think the dispenser itself is great. It will help with my little ones as they are now at the age to start potty training and washing their hands afterwards. The only downside I would say is the refills and their cost but then again if the kids use less soap, maybe it balances. Otherwise, this is a very good litle unit and the two we have in the house will get used a fair bit I think.

Ever since i started using this dispenser we have not been as sick in our house. It helps that its a no touch system we have one on every floor. The only downfall is i can only find 3 different types of soap for it and i only like the cucumber one. The other 2 kinds leave a weird film on my hand.

The first time I used one I found the sensor too sensitive as having it right by the kitchen sink, every time I used the tap it was going off. This last purchase seems to be working better. I placed the other in a less used bathroom and this one near the sink and it is not wasting soap. Overall a great product

Got the dispenser as a freebie. No wonder they were giving it away! Soap refills (they’re small!) cost $4.99 at Well.ca, $4.47 at Walmart. The dispenser looks really cheap. Do yourself a favour. Shop around for another “no-touch” soap dispenser. You can get one for approx. $20 and fill it with any soap you choose. Paying $20 for a dispenser seems expensive at first but it`s so much cheaper in the long-run.! Really... Do you really need antibacterial soap to wash your hands all the time?

This system is great for eliminating the contamination when someone is sick with colds or flus or anything where you have to be careful with cross contamination where you do not have to touch any part of the unit to wash your hands. -It dispenses too much.
-You need to be very careful not to pass anything in front of the 'eye' or it will dispense and keep dispensing until you move the blockage...imagine this in a bathroom shared with two preschoolers....very messy!
-Preschoolers learn quickly that this will dispense unlimited amounts
-Soap is not foam...I found it too heavy and forever to rinse off.
-Not sure if there is a sensitive formula but it is very perfumey
-Soap left my hands feeling chapped/dry
-I bought two (and soaps)....I am going back to my original pump soap unless I can figure out a way to re-fill my soap container with a lighter, sensitive formula and preferrably foam soap.

It is a very handy unit, but it dispenses too much soap each time. I have not figure out how to set the dispenser to release a smaller amount of soap. I have to refill the soap every 2 week. That adds to the family chores that no one seem to want to do.

My Lysol ealthy Touch No-Touch Hand Soap System has been a great tool for my bathroom. I have a 5 year old who's very artistic and having paint and different colours all over the bathroom bar soaps have been totally eliminated with the no touch system. I dispenses the perfect amount of soap every time so no more wasting either! The many different varieties of scents are also very nice. The only downside so far has been the cost of the refills. Unless they're being purchased on sale, they're a bit too expensive to buy.

Although the concept is great it is a wasteful product. When turned on any movement even remotely close to the sensor dispenses the soap. In order to prevent this you have to leave it in the off position which of course then means you have to touch it to turn it back on.

Makes hand-washing much more hygienic. After all, there's nothing great about having to squeeze/press a contraption to get the soap out, which just spreads germs/dirtiness around. This device is a great convenience and idea, but really the refills cost too much and you're better of reusing the refillable containers.

Great because I don't have to touch anything to clean my hands but I don't always need that much soap. I wish there was a soap dispensing adjustment (low, med, high) or if it dispensed less soap, I would just pass my hands twice to get more when needed.

I absolutely love my Lysol No-touch soap dispenser. I have two young daughter and they sure know how to get filthy during means and outdoor play. I love that they don't have to touch anything when they are cleaning their hands. I went and bought one for my kitchen too. It is great after preparing meals.

I found this to be an excellent product for the kids, they just stick their hand under the spout and wash. No stalling when comes to washing hands now. Our quests use it to now when they're over, they just love the idea of not having to touch anything and they said it wasn't cumbersome to use like all the other ones.

This is a very handy product to keep in the kitchen and the bathroom. But I do turn it off most of the time otherwise you end up with a little puddle of soap on the counter as you pass near the sensor, especially as you are working around where the pump is located. Still it is easy enough to turn on and off as needed.It is great that Well.ca carries the refills for the No Touch dispenser as they are very hard to find in stores. AND the Well.ca prices for the refills are the best that I have seen. Great Stuff - both this product and Well.ca

Nice product. You dispense a set amount of the soap without touching the unit. Great for kids but also when your hands are dirty, like in the kitchen. Less spread of germs and bacteria.

this would have a been a great product if i had realized that it did not come with soap and i would have ordered some. Went and purchased them seperatley and yes this is a great product...and makes for less mess in the bathrooms.

At first I wasnt sure why it was nessecary to be "no touch" , but then I thought this would be perfect for my toilet training toddler who has a hard time with a soap pump, its prefect for her, easy to use and fun.
