Great product...seems like it works by itself. Just use lukewarm water and the salt that comes with the package.

If you can get past the initial feeling of water going through your nasal passages - then its a great deal and the premixed packages make it very convenient. I suffer from sinus headaches every time I get a cold and so far this has reduced the symptoms. It can feel a little dry at times, I just make sure to use warm water and mix the right proportions.
