Great product! Has taken away the ups and downs in energy I usually experience before and after I have food. I am taking as directed, one tablet before each meal. Has virtually eliminated my sugar cravings, so I'm able to better limit my choices. Up until now my willpower hasn't been enough, because I was always alternating between being lightheaded or on a sugar "high". No downside so far.

I know of a couple people who are using this, you need to give it a few days to take affect. One tablet per day resulted in regular monthly weight loss. Apparently after eating it is "normal" to have a sugar craving, this curves that. For those that need to have something sweet after eating may want to try this out.
