Gummy and clumpy. With or without a lash separator, one or multiple layers - it makes no difference. You know that old empty bottle that you keep scraping at because you forgot to buy a new one AGAIN even though you were JUST at the store...AGAIN...and the mascara is about the consistency of partially cured cement? Just keep using it and don't waste your money on this garbage.

This is one of my FAVOURITE mascaras. It is everything that Maybelline Great Lash wishes it was. It separates, is clump free, lengthens, keeps curl, and volumizes. It doesn't provide EXTREME results but gives very nice natural lashes that are still noticeable. It even beats my previous favourite high-end Lancome L'Extreme mascara. It's the only one that doesn't give me panda eyes halfway through the day and I never have to worry about smudging throughout the day. Loves it
