I didn't buy this for diaper rash because my baby doesn't get diaper rash. (Although I'd imagine it'd work really great for it.) I use it for his eczema on his chest & back. I swear this stuff cleared it up within 2 days!! It sure does smell funky but it absorbs really well & the smell goes away pretty fast. I love this company & the ingredients they use. It's the 3rd product I've used of theirs & I love it!!!!
