I use it with the flat iron and blow drying.just spray on before you do your hair to make it soft and with not damage your hair.

Tresemme has a really good line of hair care items & this heat protectant spray works great when applied before blowdrying, or before using any hot tools like a curling iron or flat iron. My hair feels soft after using it & leaves it with a nice shine which is a bonus.

I just stray it wither when my hair is wet before I blow dry it or when my hair is dry to curl or straighten my hair. My hair isn't dry after, more shiny actually. Definitely a product that works

I can't really tell if it protected my hair from the heat or not. Definitely the thought of having protection made me feel good about it.

I have to be extra careful straightening my hair. This helps my hair not to fry and keeps it healthy. Great product - would definitely recommend it

I pretty much give up on brushing my hair on most days, because as soon as I do , my curls and waves are gone and turn into a poofy/bushy/frizzy mess. Not only does this stuff smell amazing, but the spritz/anti-frizz action really works and holds up on humid days.

Most hand held pump spray bottles get stuck and this one is always good to go. You have to be careful with this though because I found too much weighed down my fine hair.

Tresemme Heat tamer has saved me from totally ruining my hair with the heat of the dryer. it really protects my hair but doesnt cause any build up of product. Love it

Since going to school means looking my best it also meant tons of damage since I have coloured my hair. But this product allows my hair damage to greatly go down!!!

I have chemically processed, coloured hair, and try to avoid adding more damage when I can. My hair feels soft and healthy and shows no visible signs of damage even after using my hair dryer.

This spray helps keep my hair stay healthy and soft, but helps keep it straight through out the day as well.
