Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well but loud and messy The overall machine came as advertised. Works well - great variety of interchangeable heads, and settings for water pressure. It comes with clear manual for instructions, which is good. However, it is VERY loud, and also is pretty messy in use. The water gets everywhere - so it takes getting used to. Depending on how shallow your sink is, you may find water into and out of your mouth gets splashed ALL OVER your sink and counter space. So for hygienic reasons - make sure nothing else is nearby, or you have lots to clean up. I am still using this (as it does reach back of my mouth better than regular floss), but occasionally still opt for regular floss, just to avoid all the mess.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It worked for just over a year. I had a problem with the design the, moment I first filled the reservoir. The top which conveniently holds the various heads you can use with the handle, inconveniently falls into the reservoir, the moment the unit receives the slightest touch. The black rubber plug at the bottom of the reservoir is supposed to plug the reservoir so it can be filled at a tap and returned to the base. It doesn't. It remains in the open positron unless you put your hand into the reservoir and push it closed. These inconveniences lasted for only a year however, after which the engine just stopped pumping water

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly designed unit Design Problems: 1. You have to depress the handheld spray wand to turn off the flow. That js backwards! Refer to regular garden hose sprayer design. 2. Water sprays all over as both hands are need needed to turn the unit off. How about a finger hook to secure the unit and provide counterpressure to that switch pressure? 3. Hose snapped off at the base due to it's rgidity. Refer to harden hose. Other than that, it worked great. Make a prototype and fieldtest it, no?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am new to Well .ca but very pleased so far. This is my second Water Pik Ultra over 10 years.. The vinegar treatments are worth while to keep this machine in working order for a long time. I'll never floss again. Well .Ca can beat the competitor's price with a faster delivery.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great when the button doesn't jam Very frustrating. When it works, it's great. The button jams frequently and it's hard to get it unstuck. I tried to prise the handset open per repair guidelines found online but the plastic is too soft and just buckles. Also very noisy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very difficult to use Used it a handful of times, and while the water power is strong and does it's job - it is extremely hard to use without making a mess all the time. Water gets EVERYWHERE. It's just so much hassle that I've reverted back to regular floss.
