I use this for homemade laundry detergent and it works great. I like it because it's unscented and natural unlike the washing soda from the big box stores.
Used this with the Eco-Pioneer soap flakes to make my own borax-free laundry detergent as I have extremely sensitive skin. So far it seems to work great!
I was happy to find this product as I couldn't find washing soda anywhere else near by. The box could be a better design as it spills some when you open but will know better when I go to open the next box.
i recently started making my own laundry detergent. so far i am very pleased with how clean my clothes and my kids clothes come out.
This is a great quality washing soda. I use it to make my own laundry detergent and have been using it for about a year. It is also a great laundry detergent booster when doing loads such as diapers.
I really wanted this to work but it just didn't leave my clothes smelling clean enough. So far the only "green" laundry detergent I have found to leave my clothes super clean - even in a HE washer is Country Save. Available only in Canada from London Drugs. I buy 20 boxes at a time. Crossing my fingers that one day Well.ca will carry it too!
Purchased this to make my own laundry detergent and it works great! Hard to find product - will be reordering once I run out!
Works well, though a little bit more expensive than Arm & Hammer, which I can find at both my town's grocery stores without problem.
I wish the box was a little bigger, as when I cut it open, a lot of it spilled out.
Bought this product to make my own liquid laundry detergent. Works great! Will order more.
Softens water so I use only 25% of the soap I normally would. (1 Tbsp. per load of laundry with 2 Tbsp. soap with a extra large dirty load of work clothes etc.) I use 1/4 tsp. in my dishwater and this allows me to use 1/2 tsp. of dish soap to get all dishes for a family of 6 clean, no matter how greasy. I never have to change the water or add more soap anymore. (No dishwasher but me) If something has really burn on (cheese or something) add another 1/2 tsp. reheat it in the pan, let it sit overnight and by morning its floating. Amazing stuff.
Love the environmentally friendly packaging. Great to have the convenience of purchasing online.
I like this one the best out of those I have used. I ordered a case from the local grocer that was not as potent as this one. It does not clump like the others and dissolves in cold water quite easily. A regular purchase for me.
Absolutely LOVE this product as I make my own 100% natural cleaning products and laundry soap and this is a natural and perfect addition to my recipes and its made in CANADA!
I bought this to make my laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Great stuff, good price, and delivered to my door. What more could I ask for?
I had been making my own washing soda out of baking soda until I found this! So much easier and I couldn't be happier
Washing soda has been difficult to find in Canada, but luckily its reasonably priced here! I love it for my laundry detergent and as a boost in the wash. I'll definitely be back for more!
Was so happy to find this when I came across a recipe for diy natural laundry soap.
Good for making your own laundry detergent or boosting your detergent's cleaning power as it helps soften the water. It made my towels come out softer than usual.
Great product! Better quality than I have used in the past. This stuff has so many uses! It can even be used to prepare walls for paint (Like TSP) Do a google search and see how easy it is to do things naturally.
I love that it is Canadian made! Will order this again. Thanks Well!
So stoked to find this on well.ca, as it's so hard to find in most stores, even big box retailers, in my city. It's a bit pricier than the arm & hammer option when I can find it in stores, but it's worth paying a little extra to be able to order it whenever I want, and to not have to drive around to dozens of stores looking for it.
One of the few places to buy this in Canada! I made my laundry detergent for my HE washer and it works fantastic!
I've been using this to make my laundry detergent for a couple years now. It's natural, fragrance free, affordable , and Canadian. What more can you want?
