Direct Leave-in Conditioner goes directly into each hair to provide both condition and style. It repairs hair as you go through the day, plumping up each repaired hair so it feels thicker while infusing each individual hair with proteins.

I have been using this product for at least a few years and find it to be the best leave-in I have ever used. It leaves your hair feeling soft and light instead of heavy and sticky. Because the product is slightly thick I put a smalll amount in my hand and mix in a tiny bit of water so that I can spread it on my hair more easily. Works like a charm.

I got this leave in conditioner because the Giovanni Vitapro Fusion Leave-In Hair Treatment was sold out. This leave-in is OK. I have fine blonde hair and I am using just a tiny dab after I get out of the shower. Any more than that and my hair looks weighed down and also looks a bit greasy by the end of the day. I will keep using it until the vitapro fusion leave-in is back in stock (I found that one perfect for fine hair). I think this leave-in is better suited to people with curly hair or thicker hair, I won't get it again.

The direct leave-in is very nice and makes your hair feel soft and silky. I like the product, however, I do not like the bottle. Sometimes it squirts out much too fast and it is difficult to open the top and put the extra back in the container.

My advice for use of this leave-in conditioner is to use just the smallest amount, as a little goes a long long way to leave your hair soft with lots of volume. I use the volumising shampoo and conditioner in my color treated hair and I love how all three products work together in my color treated hair. Also,Well.ca is great at packaging and delivery time.

This is now my new fav leave in conditioner. I have curly hair and needed something that keeps it well moisturized in dry Alberta I had no problem with moisture before moving here so this has saved me.

This is by far my favourite leave-in. You can't purchase it in stores where i live anymore so I had to purchase online. That alone should tell you it's worth it. If there was a leave-in better that I could get right away from the store I would but this is wonderful for my naturally curly hair. I don't need to use a lot. It really holds the moisture well and if you need to use gel for defining curls .. this plays amazingly nice with eco-styler. This is also the only leave-in that I can use on its own and it still leaves my hair feeling soft, defined and moisturized.

I have not had much success with leave-in conditioners until now, ordinarily they weight down my hair and create a curl cast; even when I use very little or I dilute the product. This leave-in was amazing; left my hair soft, full of movement, and it did not feel dry. A little goes a very long way for my hair. I really like the results I have with the product and am curious to see how it works during winter weather.
FYI, my hair is a ‘type v’ or ‘3B/3C’ texture.

Giovanni Direct Leave In Conditioner is so far amazing :) I've used it for a few weeks now and I've been really happy with it. My hair is thin and curly and has been damaged by straightening and using silicone based products but this leave in seems to make my hair look a lot healthier. I just wish the bottle was bigger! I give it a 4/5 because I've only tried this for the short term and don't know yet how well it will work in the long term.

I have type 4b hair (course/afro-descendant- thick hair) and I found that it helped my hair retain moisture. ..Still in the process of using it but so far so good.I love that it wasn't too heavy on my hair. No build-up... left my hair with less frizz during my braid-outs.

This is great stuff! Like the other reviewers say, a little goes a long way especially on wet hair. I use dr. bronners to wash and then this on wet hair and i can detangle no problem! Next day is smooth and shiny!! -- assuming they don't toss and turn too much while they sleep...LOL

I love this product. It's a good consistancy, not too thick and not runny. It doesn't leave my hair soft (beacuse i have very dry hair) so i have to use it along with a moisturizer, but it leaves my hair really smooth and easy to comb through.

This is my favourite leave-in. It's easily obsorbed and leaves your hair soft and moisturized but not greasy. I am a black female with natural (non-relaxed) hair and this works great for me. My hair is very curly and dry but this takes care of it. My hair needs the protein! IT smells good too! I haven't tried the shampoo and conditioner by giovanni but this one is great

LOVE this leave in, I have natural tightly coiled hair and I sometimes use it to make a pH balanced leave-in conditioner but I also use it on its own and it makes my hair feel moisturized and leaves it beautifully scented. Will recommend it to any naturalista out there.

This is the ultimate leave-in conditioner! I have 3a/3b curls and my hair tends to run on the dry side. After I towel dry, a small dime sized amount of this in my hair and it's like pure silk. Smells very pretty too!

Best leave-in conditioner I've tried so far. My hair is very frizzy, thick, and long and it does a good job of significantly reducing the frizziness. Only downside is that it seems to not last quite as long as other products I've tried, in between showers my hair seems to get frizzy again quicker.

I have curly hair, and I like to use this product with a some moose to curl my hair and keep it moisturized. I have long hair, and I find that I only need a drop of this stuff (like a drop the size of a penny). It doesn't have any harsh fragrance. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I find it a little thick, and when I used it for the first time, I was used to other leave-ins that you need a whole bunch for it to cover all of your hair, that I used a bunch of it, and I ended up having to wash my hair again. You only need a little bit... and I don't mind spending almost $10 because it lasts forever.

Really good leave in. I use it on damp and also sometimes on dry hair to control fly aways. Doesn't weigh down my hair and I love that it's all natural. Really enjoying the entire Giovanni line of hair care.

This is not a bad product, however, the thing I don't like about it is the packaging. It is very hard to squeeze out the thick cream from the bottle, and that is harder than just spraying a leave in conditioner. Also, your hair should be relatively wet and it should be applied right after you get out of the shower, or it can be hard to blend in the cream. However, it does NOT leave residue afterwards, which is pretty neat for a leave in conditioner that thick.
It's not a bad product, but because of packaging and inconvenience of application I wouldn't by another product by this company in a similar bottle.

I thought that since this was a cream leave-in that it would weigh down my relaxed hair, but this stuff is wonderful!. It keeps my hair moisturized even after using a blow dryer and flat iron. Great product!

After shampooing, it helps leave my hair detangled, adds deep moisture, adds shine and bounce. I really like it. I only put 4 stars because if I reapply it on dry hair in between shampoos, it does not do much to moisturize my hair. I must say that I have very dry and curly hair.

This is BY FAR the best leave in conditioner I've ever bought. I have very thick curly hair and live in the dry Alberta winters. You don't need to use very much so a bottle will last you for ages. I've bought hundreds of different leave-in conditioners in my lifetime... salons, drug stores... you name it. This is the BEST.
