To create condition and style, you need to go direct to the source. Direct Leave-in Conditioner goes directly into each hair to provide both. This leave-in treatment repairs hair as you go through the day. It also has the added benefit of plumping up each repaired hair so that it feels thicker. More bodified. This conditioner infuses each individual hair with proteins. Pumps it up. Goes directly to style.

I have type 4b hair (course/afro-descendant- thick hair) and I found that it helped my hair retain moisture. ..Still in the process of using it but so far so good.I love that it wasn't too heavy on my hair. No build-up... left my hair with less frizz during my braid-outs.

This is great stuff! Like the other reviewers say, a little goes a long way especially on wet hair. I use dr. bronners to wash and then this on wet hair and i can detangle no problem! Next day is smooth and shiny!! -- assuming they don't toss and turn too much while they sleep...LOL

I love this product. It's a good consistancy, not too thick and not runny. It doesn't leave my hair soft (beacuse i have very dry hair) so i have to use it along with a moisturizer, but it leaves my hair really smooth and easy to comb through.

This is my favourite leave-in. It's easily obsorbed and leaves your hair soft and moisturized but not greasy. I am a black female with natural (non-relaxed) hair and this works great for me. My hair is very curly and dry but this takes care of it. My hair needs the protein! IT smells good too! I haven't tried the shampoo and conditioner by giovanni but this one is great

LOVE this leave in, I have natural tightly coiled hair and I sometimes use it to make a pH balanced leave-in conditioner but I also use it on its own and it makes my hair feel moisturized and leaves it beautifully scented. Will recommend it to any naturalista out there.

This is the ultimate leave-in conditioner! I have 3a/3b curls and my hair tends to run on the dry side. After I towel dry, a small dime sized amount of this in my hair and it's like pure silk. Smells very pretty too!

Best leave-in conditioner I've tried so far. My hair is very frizzy, thick, and long and it does a good job of significantly reducing the frizziness. Only downside is that it seems to not last quite as long as other products I've tried, in between showers my hair seems to get frizzy again quicker.

I have curly hair, and I like to use this product with a some moose to curl my hair and keep it moisturized. I have long hair, and I find that I only need a drop of this stuff (like a drop the size of a penny). It doesn't have any harsh fragrance. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I find it a little thick, and when I used it for the first time, I was used to other leave-ins that you need a whole bunch for it to cover all of your hair, that I used a bunch of it, and I ended up having to wash my hair again. You only need a little bit... and I don't mind spending almost $10 because it lasts forever.

This is an amazing product! I have very thick curly hair and had a hard time finding a leave-in conditioner that keeps my hair soft and manageable. This one does! A little definitely goes a long way with this product. I'm hooked :)

Really good leave in. I use it on damp and also sometimes on dry hair to control fly aways. Doesn't weigh down my hair and I love that it's all natural. Really enjoying the entire Giovanni line of hair care.

This product is really good!! I love it!! i got natural kinky hair so it is really difficult to managed with and that product leave it soft and manageable.

This is not a bad product, however, the thing I don't like about it is the packaging. It is very hard to squeeze out the thick cream from the bottle, and that is harder than just spraying a leave in conditioner. Also, your hair should be relatively wet and it should be applied right after you get out of the shower, or it can be hard to blend in the cream. However, it does NOT leave residue afterwards, which is pretty neat for a leave in conditioner that thick.
It's not a bad product, but because of packaging and inconvenience of application I wouldn't by another product by this company in a similar bottle.

I thought that since this was a cream leave-in that it would weigh down my relaxed hair, but this stuff is wonderful!. It keeps my hair moisturized even after using a blow dryer and flat iron. Great product!

My hair was very dry this winter with alot of fly aways. My hair is medium fine and straight and this product does not weight your hair down or make it greasy or sticky. Smells nice too!

After shampooing, it helps leave my hair detangled, adds deep moisture, adds shine and bounce. I really like it. I only put 4 stars because if I reapply it on dry hair in between shampoos, it does not do much to moisturize my hair. I must say that I have very dry and curly hair.

This is BY FAR the best leave in conditioner I've ever bought. I have very thick curly hair and live in the dry Alberta winters. You don't need to use very much so a bottle will last you for ages. I've bought hundreds of different leave-in conditioners in my lifetime... salons, drug stores... you name it. This is the BEST.
