Each capsule contains:
- Probio-Tec® Quattro…………..1 billion CFU* Active Cells
Consisting of:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus ……LA-5® = 5x108 (500,000,000 CFU)
- Bifidobacterium ……BB-12® = 5x108 (500,000,000 CFU)
Excipients: Streptococcus thermophilus (STY-31), Lactobacillus delbrueckii (LBY-27), Dextrose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin, Titanium Dioxide.
Jamieson Advanced 4-Strain Probiotic is best taken with meals and a glass of water. For general intestinal health: Take 1-3 capsules daily.
When travelling: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Start two days before departure and continue until two days after return.
To counteract antibiotic side effects: Take 2-3 capsules daily during antibiotic treatment (taken three hours after antibiotic intake). Continue for one week after treatment.
Store between 15ºC-25ºC, away from children.

I wouldn't go a day without taking this product! We have been on this for 3 years now and when we run out we start to feel sickish.... This is an amazing product and everyone we met we tell them they should be on it! Love it and we wouldn't live without it!

I have irritable bowel syndrome and have tried this product over the last 5 weeks hoping it would help with my symptoms. I've taken it every day. I would NOT recommend this product at all!
It has caused me a great deal of stomach pain, gas, constipation, as well as even more frequent bowel movements. There are other probiotics that are better than this product. Stay away!
