*We are currently hiring for our Sunday to Wednesday 10:00-8:00pm & Monday to Friday 2:00-10:00pm shifts.*

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with the Senior Team Lead to make ongoing workflow adjustments, based on key performance indicators, to ensure all daily goals are met
• Responsible for opening and closing the Well.ca distribution center
• Assist with Warehouse Associate performance reviews
• Make ongoing recommendations to senior staff members on operational improvements and hiring requirements
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for all warehouse staff
• Train, coach and mentor warehouse staff on day to day tasks
• Attendance tracking and reporting
• Authorized signatory for regular parcel outbound and inbound vendor shipments
• Weekend shift supervision, as required by business needs
• Other duties as required

Responsibilities:

• Receive supplier shipments and sort stock.
• Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately for shipment.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking warehouse inventory.
• Weigh, label, and ship orders using an automated shipping station.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space.
• Work as part of a team to encourage growth, innovation, and personal development.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must be motivated, hard-working, passionate and detail-oriented
• A strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a team oriented atmosphere is required
• Detail oriented and the drive to initiate change is a must
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Working Hours:

The flexibility required to accommodate full and part-time shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday to Saturday is essential. Hours may change based on business needs.
