Description
Dill Seed, considered a symbol of good luck, was known by the Romans in the First Century. From India, its flavor is warming, aromatic and slightly stronger than Dill Weed.
Add 1 teaspoon to marinade for 1 pound fish or use in 4 cups chowder. Use 2 tablespoons per quart to make dill pickles or add 1/2 teaspoon to water when cooking potatoes, cauliflower or green beans. Add to potato salad or coleslaw.
