Directions: Adults: Take 1 scoop 1 to 3 times daily. Mix one (1) scoop (27g) with 6-8 oz. of water or your favourite drink. Mix two (2) scoops into your favourite drink and take with a serving of fruit and vegetables as a meal supplement. Maximum 3 scoops per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
