Good product, bad packaging
I'm pleased with the hydration and glow this hydrosol offers. However, the packaging leads to lots of product wastage and makes it hard to use. The spray nozzle range is very narrow and causes quite a heavy spray that is hard to direct, so it's easy to miss my face when applying. Most of the time I end up spraying the air beside my face! This means I'm going through the product really fast and it's frustrating to use. I've started removing the nozzle and just applying it with a cotton pad instead. I do really like that the packaging is high quality and has little plastic, though!

"Great smell, great packaging, still figuring out this ""spritzer"" application"
"Love the packaging and smell of this product. It's a nice ""wake me up"" in the morning when I put this on.
The only feedback I would have is having this as a spritzer. I feel like I struggle a bit to get good coverage on my face compared to when I have used toners in the past that require cotton ball application. Don't get me wrong - I love the fact that I am reducing waste by not having to use a cotton ball or pad. But, it feels as if I am not getting good coverage on my face/neck without more than 5+ sprays (so any tips from fellow users would always be appreciated!)"

"This product is a holy grain for dry skin!
I recently started using this and I already notice a huge difference in the texture of my dry skin. I no longer feel like I need to apply moisturizer quickly after I wash my face. I apply this stuff, then a few minutes later I apply my regular moisturizer. Prior to that, I couldn't even wait a minute to put on my face cream because of how dry my skin is. It would feel like someone was pulling my skin apart ??.
Needless to say, I recommend 100%! It also smells super gooooood!!"

Hoping this will fix damage of other products
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this toner to try and reverse the over drying of my skin that the other Three Ships toner I purchased has caused. They have already reimbursed me for this purchase since I've had such a bad experience with these products which is so nice. The customer service of three ships is amazing and I really wanted to love this products but they only worked for about 2 months before really drying out my skin. Here's hoping this toner will help correct the damage.

"Great value for a fantastic, refreshing product!"
"I've been using Awake for a little over a month now and it has quickly become one of my favourite parts of my morning routine. I love how refreshing and light the mist feels on my face. After spraying 2-3 times, I like to use my hands to gently pat the product onto my face. As I have mentioned, it has been a little over a month and I'm not even halfway through the bottle! This is a great product for a great value. I would gladly purchase again. Looking forward to future product launches!"

"Simply beautiful"
"I absolutely love this toner. It's the perfect balance of pure, simple and beautiful ingredients, and it's the only product I've found that uses the benefits of witch hazel but in an alcohol-free way that doesn't irritate or dry my already dry and sensitive skin. Plus it smells like a bouquet of roses :)
Deducted one star because I wish it were a bigger size, and because the nozzle/pump on the bottle just shoots the toner out instead of spraying which makes it really wasteful."

Fantastic Product! Must Have!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using this product for some time now. I never thought I would like a "mist" type product! I was worried my face would get slick throughout the day. It absolutely does not! I could never go without this now that I have been using it... I love it!! It is the first thing I do when I get out of the shower :) It simply leaves your skin feeling wonderful! This is a must have in your routine!

Doesn't give me the pH balance my face needs.

The way I test out the effectiveness of a toner is after I spray/apply it and add nothing else to my face, my skin shouldn't feel taut at all because a toner supposed to restore the pH balance. This one, unfortunately, makes my face still feel taut. I will finish using this bottle, but I won't be purchasing this again since it's obviously not a fit for me.
