Crafted for bakers, Anita’s Organic Mill Gluten Free Shortbread Cookie Mix is certified organic!
Shortbread Cookie Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Empty cookie mix into mixing bowl, cut in 1 cup soft butter until mixture is a coarse crumble. Knead until smooth dough. Press into a disc, wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll dough to 1/4” thickness, cut to desired shapes and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool, decorate and enjoy!
