This quinoa and basmati pilaf, delicately seasoned with herbs and spices, is an excellent side dish option. You may also choose to use it as a base to create a main dish by adding some fresh vegetables and toppings of your choice before cooking!
Ingredients: Organic white basmati rice, organic red quinoa, pink salt, organic spices, organic herbs.
Cooking Instructions: Add 2 ½ cups of broth (or water) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to let simmer uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the liquid evaporates.) Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 3 minutes before serving. You can also use a rice cooker adding 2 cups of water. Side dish – Serves 4
