Adults ....5 to 10 ml (1 to 2 tsp.) / day
REFRIGERATE once opened.  Shake before use. (Keep the liner inside the cap).  Use the provided goblet for ease of use.  Consume within 30 to 40 days after opening.  Product lifetime before opening: 18 months.  In prevention, can be consumed every day during periods more conducive to colds and flu.
