Mode d'emploi : La prise de ce produit sans suffisamment de liquide peut entraîner un étouffement.
Pour compléter les fibres ou soulager les irrégularités :
- Adultes et enfants de plus de 12 ans : 5 capsules avec 240 ml de liquide (avaler 1 capsule à la fois et prendre en position verticale) jusqu'à 3 fois par jour. Un verre de liquide supplémentaire est utile. Agit généralement en 12 à 72 heures.
- Enfants de moins de 12 ans : Ne pas utiliser.
Pour la réduction du cholestérol et la santé cardiaque :
- Pour les adultes seulement : 5 capsules avec 240 ml de liquide (avaler 1 capsule à la fois et prendre en position debout) 4 fois par jour. Un verre de liquide supplémentaire est utile. Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats dans la réduction du cholestérol, prendre Metamucil avec un repas.

A great fibre boost.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this as a free sample from TopBox circle. I had never tried a fibre therapy before but was interested to try it out. I like the capsule format as it's quick and easy to take. I wasn't aware of all the benefits of fibre therapy as well, which include helping to lower cholesterol and prompt healthy blood sugar levels. After using this for over a week, I think I'll be incorporating it as part of my regular health regiment.

Healthy and tasty
Prior to this product, I used Psillium Husk capsules. I found them tasteless and were not motivated for regular intake. I switched for this product. It is a fulfilling and enjoyable drink. It is a good feeling to do something good for your health and enjoy the taste. I found not too many manufactures are concerned about taste. They are developing their products only from perspectives of health benefits which is great but if the product can be not only healthy but also tasty, it is a definite winner!

Great for heart health
I was able to try out these Metamucil Capsules thanks to Topbox and I'm always looking for products that help lower cholesterol and and make my heart healthy and these are the perfect product for that. I took these 4 times a day with a meal and with water. You have to take 1 capsule at a time and be in an upright position. You actually take 5 capsules 4 times a day. I committed to this and feel really good and healthy and regular so I can only assume they are working! I will continue to use this product going forward. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

Really helps with irregularity
I sometimes get constipated and these pills really help me go to the bathroom and unlike other laxatives I've used I don't get cramping or gas with them. I'd highly recommend metamucil!

A lot of capsules to take!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received Metamucil Fibre Therapy Capsules to trial in exchange for an honest review from Topbox. I took the capsules as directed, 5 with water, 4 times a day. Love the handy capsule form but it is a lot of pills to take every day. I had no issues with stomach upset. I found that I felt full quicker & therefore ate slightly less. My bowel movements were very regular but no sudden urgent need to go as a result of taking the fibre supplement. Love the fact that it may help lower my cholesterol & support healthy blood sugar but there is no way to know if they did help without blood testing. Overall I feel that this is a good product with potentially health improving effect for me. Don't like having to take 20 capsules a day,( also expensive) so I may look to try Metamucil in a different form in the future.

Great way to stay on track.

I don't think we have ever ran out of it ever, they keep making new and exciting flavors to try and that makes it a little more exciting. Love it and will continue to buy it for as long as I can. #freeproduct

A must for digestive health

After a full week of taking Metamucil, I feel lighter, healthier and no bloating. Definitely will make this a regular part of my vitamin regimen

Not for me
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got this product free #freeproduct #trywithtopbox, I found that having to take 5 extra pills a day was just too much for me. I didn't want to proceed with the remaining trial due to feeling like I was just taking pills. I would prefer to take your stir in powder. The capsules on the good side were easy to swallow and tasteless. I cannot recommend this to anyone.
