Description
thinksport Everyday Face was created because of the need for a safe solution without the harmful chemicals found in a majority of products/formulas on the market.  Everyday Face is enriched with Vitamin C and E and includes a small amount of tint to reduce any whitening effect from minerals.  Supremely moisturizing yet gentle enough for sensitive skin, the formula dries very quickly and provides an excellent base layer before makeup application. Worry not. thinksport has tested the tint in this solution on some of the finickiest faces. Everyday Face blends seamlessly into all skin tones.

Sweat & water resistant.

Application: Be sure to apply all areas that will be exposed to sunlight, including behind the ears, neck and scalp. Reapply every two hours or more as needed. This formula applies very easily, spreading too thin is not recommended, otherwise you will decrease the effectiveness of the sunscreen.

Note: Thinkbaby and Thinksport sunscreens are perfect for daily use and for anyone spending time in the sun, including pregnant women, children over 6 months, and anyone with sensitive skin. Please note that use of sunscreen on children younger than 6 months of age requires a doctor's prescription. This is true for ALL brands.

Mineral Based, Non GMO, No Animal Testing. Recyclable, toxin free packaging.  Health Canada Approved.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wanted to love it. I would actually give this 2.5 if that was an option. I was looking for something that wouldn’t make me greasy or cause breakouts. This isn’t it. When I put the proper amount to good protection on my face, I was shiny as heck right away, and an oil slick within an hour. It does protect me from the sun, and the tint was nice as there was no white cast. Unfortunately, this has been relegated to the back up product shelf because my skin really hates it. Using enough means it doesn’t absorb properly, if at all, I could feel it sitting on my skin all day, which was very unpleasant. I’m sure it will work for some people, but it was not a good fit for me. For reference, I have combination skin that is prone to adult acne, and am very fair so I need good protection every day.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Incredibly Oily I enjoyed the tint aspect of this and it matches my fair skin well, but in order to apply enough, you really have to slather it on. I find I need to let it settle a bit, then go back and rub out uneven spots that that tint made more noticeable. I tried using a translucent powder over this to cut down on the extreme shine, but over time they don’t blend and I ended up with clumps of power settled into my pores and creases. I also tried foundation and had the same result. Will only be using this when I do to the beach or cottage, since it’s so oily and messy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tinting Body Sunscreen? While I love the fact that the face sunscreen is tinted albeit a bit on the oily side why can’t the body sunscreen be tinted as well or have the option of buying it that way. I would totally buy that! I’m tired of friends calling me out on how pale I look because I choose to buy an environmentally option. Thanks for listening!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Do you like pina coladas? I hope so, because you’ll smell a tropical fragrance on your face for hours following the application of this sunscreen. Apart from the fragrance this was exactly what I was looking for, a non-nano natural product with a slight tint. I’ve continued to use it, but blend it 50/50 with an unscented sunscreen. Would recommend if you don’t mind scented products, but would not purchase again myself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good tint for fair skin but too greasy for oily skin. I bought two of these while they were on sale but got rid of one and am desperately trying to use up the other. The tint matches my fair skin well enough but the formula is so greasy on my oily skin that it slides off my face the way makeup would. It transfers onto anything that comes in contact with my skin and I definitely cannot wear it under makeup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible face sunscreen for dry skin This is my go-to, everyday face sunscreen - 365. I have very fair skin that's also very dry, and it gives a nice, glowy tint coverage. It keeps my skin dewy and healthy looking. I started using it when I was on Accutane a couple of years ago because I needed the bare minimum on my face, and this delivered while keeping my skin hydrated. I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin but DEFINITELY recommend it for those with dry skin.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It has pros and cons I think I've tried 90% of mineral tinted sunscreens available in Canada... so if you are looking for one, I hope this helps you: Pros: Tint is great for light skins. I usually have a hard time finding a good tint, as they are usually too dark or too orange. This won't be a problem if you have light skin. Non-irritating. I've been using prescription topical medication and it's made me skin extra sensitive. This is not irritating at all... it has a light scent, which I usually stay away from, but it's not bothersome. Price is good for 20% zinc. Cons: This product just sits on your face, it doesn't get absorbed (ever), leaving you with streaks all over, and it transfer (a lot). If you put just a little bit, it will be fine, but the recommend amount to get the whole SPF is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for face and neck. It just doesn't work well. It's very oily/greasy/shiny, if you have oily skin, I would probably stay way. Since I can't return it, I'll probably try it with powder sunscreen, to see if sets a bit, but if you have to add another product to make it work, price is no longer that attractive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect I love that this is 20% zinc but doesn't leave a white cast. I get compliments on my skin all the time when I wear this; it acts like a super moisturizing CC cream. It goes on sheer but gives my skin a nice, even tone, and I use concealer over top where needed. I wish I could give this five stars, but unfortunately, it is greasy and leaves skin VERY shiny. I have to cover my face in setting powder to reduce the shine, and even then, I look very... glowy. But I would recommend this to anyone who wants that radiant, glowy look and sheer colour correction.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good tint for fair skin, but not for me Some people may like this but it wasn't what I was looking for and doesn't feel good on my sensitive skin. This sunscreen has silicones and is waterproof, which I didn't realize upon purchasing. It did protect against the sun, so I'm grateful I didn't get sunburned. I'll keep on looking for something that personally suits my skin better. I like the tint and light coverage, and that it didn't leave a white residue. The scent is a citrusy fragrance that smells artificial. It went on greasy and looked good after applying a lot of powder. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blends in well on fair skin Bought it for my partner and I to use all year round and have been quite pleased so far. It blends in well on me but he has to be a wee bit more careful not to over apply as it sticks in his stubble on his face and can appear cakey. I apply it after my skincare/moisturizer and it blends in great, just note my complexion is fair and it may appear ashy on darker skin tones. Dries down quickly and doesn't feel greasy or heavy like other mineral sunscreens I've tried.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My all-time favourite sunscreen I keep coming back to this sunscreen because the ingredients are amazing, you get quite a bit of product for the price point (compared to other brands like La Roche Posay) and the natural tint blends perfectly into my skin (keeping in mind that I'm very fair skinned so this might not be the case for everyone!). I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyday sunscreen! This sunscreen is perfect for every day use! The tint makes it super blend able and and evens out my skin tone. It has great ingredients and is an affordable price. Just make sure you are removing the sunscreen properly at night since it is water proof; I started doing a double cleanse method because of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid tinted mineral sunscreen The consistency of this sunscreen is thick and the finish is a little greasy. The tint is great (it’s light and blends well, seems to offer some coverage). It does smell like oranges when applied but the scent doesn’t linger. This is one of the more wearable options of the mineral sunscreens I’ve tried.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favourite sunscreen I have tried a lot of zinc oxide sunscreens and this is my favourite! It has 20% zinc oxide, it doesn't leave a white cast, and it's relatively inexpensive. I also like that's it's moisturizing and not "dry". And big bonus - my kids like it as well! I was a little worried about the cetyl dimethicone because silicones usually make me break out, but since it's not one of the main ingredients, it has not been a problem at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You get your money’s worth I have brown skin (type IV) and it doesn’t leave a white cast which was my main concern. However, it does have a greasy feel to it. The raspberry seed oil also leaves a nice smell to the sunscreen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from really surprised at the high rating I used up the full tube of this product and did not like the item at all. It is very greasy and never dries down. Every time I wear it I feel oily and greasy all day long, especially at the end of the day. The tint on this is also really weird. It won't match most skin tones. I'm pretty fair and I had trouble with this colour and the tint WAS visible and the product clung to dry patches and made my skin look dry and I don't have a dry skin type. I really disliked this product and could not recommend this product to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is my second time buying this product, for the price, it is unbeatable! The tint is great but I would say that it does remain tacky on your face all day long. The ingredients are fantastic except i wish they made an unscented version as grapefruit oil can be a phototoxic! Overall this is still the best affordable clean mineral sunscreen I have tried.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from inconsistent texture My last purchase of several tubes of this sunscreen was over a year ago. That batch was a thicker texture. It went on leaving a white cast even though it was tinted and I am very fair. I didn't mind this though. It wasn't hugely significant. I love the idea of using a zinc based sunscreen because it's actually good for your skin. Recently I just bought three new tubes to stock up for the summer. The first one I opened came out in an oily blob when I first squirted it. You could see that oils had separated from the solids. I then tried kneading the tube and found I could actually shake it and hear the stuff inside, so really a very different texture than the previous order I had which was very thick. After mixing it like this, and using it a few times, it seems to have less oil separation but it is definitely oilier. On the plus side, it does goes on very smoothly, no white cast at all, and is actually much nicer than the thick version, as long as this is how it's meant to be. I don't know if the oiliness might be a problem for someone with oily skin. So far, I would still recommend it but I'm waiting to see if the other tubes are also like this or whether in fact this one has in fact gone 'bad' and shouldn't be this texture at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just ok Matches my skin tone pretty well but feels very thick on the skin. By the end of the day I can't wait to wash it off. Great for days that I plan to be outside for a hours but way too heavy for an every day sunscreen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Confusing This product is the greasiest sunscreen I have ever used. The application process feels like rubbing a vaseline/olive oil mixture onto your face. It did absorb into my dry skin but it took 15 min to mattify. I also did not enjoy the smell. Even with the tint, it left a white cast on my medium Asian skin. I usually save disappointing sunscreens to use on my body but I just threw this out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go-To For Under Makeup This Everyday Faces is really terrific for under makeup and I wear it everyday without hesitation. After I apply it I wait about 1 minute before makeup application, and my makeup goes on without any issues. The slight color tint is exactly that...really slight. I have fair/light skin tone and the tint just blends in and looks just like my own skin. Well done with this sunscreen!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great ingredients, not my fave I love the ingredients, being natural and safe for even baby skin. Unfortunately for me, this left a white cast on me. It takes quite some time for me to thoroughly rub it in so you can't see it much, but I do feel quite a bit greasy. It's no where near as greasy as the average competitor brands filled with chemicals, but I don't think everyone can expect a matte finish.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs improvement I have pretty light skin and the tint was not dark enough for me.. my skin is not fair and if it's too light for me, it won't work for the majority of skin tones.. in order to get the full spf, you need to put on roughly 1/4 teaspoon on your face and when I do, it's way too light and greasy and it stays that way all day.. I won't buy this again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Love Love this SPF, it has a slight pigment in it that disappears as you massage it into your skin which gives very minimal coverage but perfect for just evening out the skin tone. Not too greasy of a formula and lasts well all day. I have used this for over a year and have not gotten burnt once, even on days spent at the lake all day outside!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not my favorite I like Thinkbaby and Thinksport products but I didn’t like this. It’s greasy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oily and left a cast Good ingredients but this was too oily and the initial cast was purple! It eventually toned down but the tint was non existent. I’ma light medium, More so on the lighter side. I like the high zinc and will use up the tube but the Australian Gold tinted is way better. Plus this is scented. Smells like citrus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very smooth We bought this for the first time this year (2023) and love it. It goes on like butter it's so creamy. We love that's it's tinted! My son loves that there's no white marks if I don't rub it in perfectly. We've always used ThinkBaby sunscreen, now we'll add this product as a favorite as well

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extreme white cast I have other thinksport products and love them, so I thought this product would be great for an everyday face sunscreen, but nope! I'm extremely fair skinned with freckles and no matter how much I attempt to blend it in (even using a very small amount) I get a very noticeable white cast.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not fragrance free! This sunscreen spreads easily, it’s a little heavy but I don’t mind since I wear it when I am at home. The main problem with it is that it is has a strong scent, and the sent lingers on ...I don’t recommend it of you are looking for a fragrance free sunscreen.
