Homeopathic medicine for the temporary relief of cramps and spasms in legs, calves, feet, hands and associated disrupted sleep

Allow tablets to dissolve under the tongue. Adults and children from 12 years old: Take 2 tablets at the onset of symptoms. If symptoms persist, repeat at 15-minute intervals, up to 6 times a day. Reduce with improvement. In preparation for sleep: Take 2 tablets at bedtime. If necessary, follow the general dosage regimen as soon as symptoms occur.
