for that dirty hair feeling
I bought this quite some time ago. Overall, it was an ineffective shampoo. It left my hair feeling heavy and oily. I actually thoughts at first that I hadn't fully rinsed out my conditioner... so I went back and rewashed it with this shampoo. Same result! You have to rinse with hot water really really well - and still it just doesn't feel clean. Honestly I wanted this product to work for me - I tried soo many times thinking that maybe I was just was "washing my hair wrong?" Nope. It's the shampoo. :(
Maybe this is meant for a different kind of hair? My hair is straight, fine, and I have a lot of it. Did NOT work for me. Too bad.

I wish I could leave 6 stars on this review, because I love this shampoo. The shampoo seems thin and runny compared to others, but it cleans my hair SO well and leaves it ridiculously soft and manageable. The scent is not too strong, I like the convenient pump dispenser, and it's a good value. I will be re-ordering, for sure.

One of the worst products I've ever tried. I have bought natural based shampoos and conditioners for years. I've tried so many trying to find my "Holy Grail". This is the worst of all of them. Did not stud up enough and left my hair extremely tangled even with massive amounts of conditioner from the same brand. Did not want to try use it as a leave in since it had frozen on it's way to me and once it thawed the consistency was questionable.

I have fine/wavy hair and this cleans while leaving my hair soft. It’s all natural so that means you’ll have to let your hair adjust. I did apple cider vinegar rinses before I switched and since my hair is happy and healthy. I will definitely be sticking to this brand for good!!

I love this shampoo so much. It's truly natural with great long term results. Over prolonged use, I do not require conditioner because it isn't stripping my hair of my natural oils.
This shampoo does require double use, but totally worth it. I have so much volume to my usually heavy hair and I'm getting a lot of my natural curl back. I'm very happy with this product.

I have used this for 5 months now, no complaints. I always use it together with the conditioner and my hair is fine. No clumping or sticking, but I have short hair, so im not sure if that issue only affects long hair. For me, the two products together keep my scalp moisturized all day, making my faded sides look luscious and fresh

does not work like conventional shampoos
I would consider I fall under the "normal" hair category and this leaves my hair feeling sticky. I use it in combination with the conditioner and it doesn't really rinse out. I love the smell, like what the company stands for and really wanted to love this product but unfortunately I think its "too natural" for me.

Overall a good product. The smell is clean and fresh, texture isn't too dry and my hair doesn't feel too dry or oily after drying it. I've been using it for a month and would recommend.
