Great natural moisture rich conditioner
This doesn't work like traditional conditioner. If you use a shampoo that strips your natural oils, you will need a conditioner that is different.
If you are already used to using shampoo conditioners that work more with your natural oils, this is amazing!
I have wazy hair and using alaffia shampoo and conditioner has made such a difference for frizz and keeping my hair from getting too heavy.

One of the worst products I've ever tried. I have bought natural based shampoos and conditioners for years. I've tried so many trying to find my "Holy Grail". This is the worst of all of them. Left my hair extremely tangled even with massive amounts of conditioner. Did not want to try use it as a leave in since it had frozen on it's way to me and once it thawed the consistency was questionable.

Sticky and Waxy
I was hopeful because I ADORE the body lotion and have used natural products of all kinds for several years now. The shampoo and conditioner are so disappointing. They both leave my hair feeling waxy, sticky, tangled, and worse than before I washed it. I have stuck with it for a few weeks now thinking it was just an adjustment period but the buildup just feels worse and worse.

I have used this for 5 months now, no complaints. I always use it together with the shampoo and my hair is fine. No clumping or sticking, but I have short hair, so im not sure if that issue only affects long hair. For me, the two products together keep my scalp moisturized all day, making my faded sides look luscious and fresh
