Good squish (not too firm or too mushy: an in between nice cube and donut holes). My kiddo seems to like it well enough. One issue I have had with this product is: while the 'fuzz' gives it a nice texture, my little one seems to like to pull at them...and they break off...so I have little bits of 'fuzz' bits everywhere. I will continue to purchase Needoh products but will have to be more selective and mindful re: type.
