Bottle leaked during shipping. Shampoo is good, but you need good technique.
The pump cap seems to rotate very easily while shipping, resulting with a product leakage. Fortunately they plastic wrapped my bottle, so there no big mess and I only lost a bit of shampoo. But for the future, it may be best to reinforce the bottle cap somehow.
The actual shampoo is fine and works well for my thin east-asian hair. It however doesn't foam up that well, so it might be hard to measure if you're using the right amount of product, and you really gotta massage your scalp properly for a good clean.

Fantastic!!
i really like this shampoo and conditioner. i try to use as little harsh chemicals on my skin and hair as i can, and this is great, i also love that its made in Canada and Woman owned. my hair feels great!! light, no build up, fantastic! i will 100% be ordering the refills and continue to support this brad.
