First Stage 6 Months+

First stage baby food is the next step after your infant develops a tolerance for cereal at around 6 months.  First stage baby foods are usually a pureed fruit or vegetable or a combination. Look for a baby food that is low in salt and sugar, such as Earth's Best or Love Child Organics.
