Contactless Prescription Delivery
The health and safety of our customers and delivery personnel are our #1 priority, that's why we have updated our delivery practices to make sure that you get your prescriptions quickly and safely.
What's New?
1. Preparing for Delivery
In preparation for delivery, our pharmacist will give you a call to collect payment over the phone instead of at the time of delivery. The pharmacist will also review with you how contactless delivery will work.
2. Contactless Delivery
At the time of delivery, your delivery driver will:
- Place the package at the front door.
- Move to a safe distance away from the door.
- Call you to let you know that the package has arrived.
- Wait to observe that an adult has received the package. The receiving adult does not have to be the prescription holder unless it is a narcotic. After observing pick up of the medication, the driver will sign off for the prescription on your behalf.
- In some instances, you will need to provide your original prescription to the delivery driver to send to the pharmacy. In these cases, the pharmacy will let you know when they call you. The pharmacy will direct you to place your prescription in a place where the driver can collect it (i.e. in your mailbox or stuck to the door). When the delivery driver calls, let them know where you have placed the prescription so that they can collect it.
