I really love taking supplements in gummy form so I thought this would be interesting. Here are my results:
- Daily consumption: 4 gummies - each gummy is 1x0.75x0.5" in size. This information was not available to view and makes it a lot to try and consume in 1 dose. Its not fast or easy to take these in.
- they smell really good and they look like they are super wet but they are dry to touch and when you start chewing them it has a dry texture and grit aspect to them and barely any taste of blue raspberry.
OVERALL: would not buy again as mixing a powder into water would be more pleasurable. Sadly so.
