Versatile!
im in my twenties and my skin is super dry and sensitive and this is the best for any rashes, lip/under eye dryness! i also use it on my knees and elbows and nether regions for hydration!

Don’t like the fragrance
Seems like a good natural alternative to petroleum jelly, I mostly use it on my very dry feet after moisturizing to lock in the moisture.

Not nut free
The label on the product is not clear that it contains sweet almond oil, although the web ingredients state it. This should be more distinct that it is not nut free. Babies can develop an allergy even without ingesting the ingredient in food. Not everyone is up on Latin terms - prunus amygdalus dulcis. Of course we need to educate ourselves more as companies couch ingredient contents all the time. Respect for this company is now non-existent.

Not Fan of the Changes.
I agree with one of the other commenters: This newly packaged ointment feels, smells and seems to perform differently than the other. The smell seems stronger, perfumey which i am not a fan of.
I prefer the original and my little one seems to react differently to both.The new one feels thinner and doesn't seem to have the same staying and soothing power. Is the other still available anywhere? Not a fan of this one at all sadly.

My daughter was getting red patches on her face and I couldn’t figure out if it was a reaction to the cold (Canada) or something I was feeding her, soap reaction, what?
I tried a couple creams and after a few days, poor little thing. Nothing.
Then I put the Burt’s Multipurpose on her - started to clear up in a few minutes and never came back.
Never figured out what it was from. But thank you Burt.

Amazing!!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am seriously in love with this product! It works wonders on my little ones bum, it's not greasy or thick, it's safe for the cloth diapers and it smells like honey.... It's a win all around! :) I've even started using it on my belly for stretch marks as baby number 2 is on his way. Definitely recommend for everyone!

I bought this to try and help the excema around my eyes as eye skin is sensitive and I didn’t want to keep using the prescription creams. I like it when it goes on and it does help my excema rash but I feel that it’s drying out the rest of my skin and I need to reapply during the day.

Use: Hair oil/ wax
My hair is super dry. I need a product that mimicks sebum (natural hair oil, which is a mix of oil and wax). This stuff is great. Five stars! But I rated it at 3 stars because the smell is a bit unpleasant. I will keep using it but hope for an improved smell version in future.

Smells great, doesn't protect baby bum
Smells awesome and spreads so easily. However it seems to offer very little protection for cloth diaper wearing babies with delicate skin. My baby got a wicked diaper rash 3 days into using this product with cloth diapers,despite me slathering this stuff on.

Works well smells mild and pleasant
Bought this in preparation for my first child and have used it whenever her bottom area seems a little red to prevent developing g diaper rash. Works great so far and will definitely be using for any dry patches. I love that it is petroleum free!

The BEST diaper cream
Love this ointment! We use it for every diaper change, cloth diaper change, it is safe to use on cloth! We use it as a barrier and clears up rashes that arise. We have also used it on bug bites, it takes the itch away and lowers the swelling.

new formula has a different smell :(
This review will only affect anyone who loved the smell of the old formula (which I did). They have changed the smell and now it is milder, but it also smells kind of like Juicy Fruit chewing gum, and I really don't care for it.

Helps with eczema

My favorite ointment for my baby
The ointment goes on smooth, has a pleasant smell and keeps my baby diaper rash free. I also put this when I see a dry spot in other places on my baby or under his neck and it works wonders.
