Luxurious lather foams away excess dirt, oil and make-up leaving skin feelling clean and refreshed. Extracts of chamomile, echinacea and aloe help soothe and calm skin while glycerin and cocoa butter provide a touch of moisture for naturally fresh, healthy-looking skin.

Love it!
First time purchasing a Burt's Bees product. I was looking for a paraben-free cleanser. This product does what it suggests: deep cleans my skin. I am 56 years old but still get the occasional breakout; this product helps keep the oily sections in check and the rest feeling hydrated. A little goes a long way. Love the textrure and the smell. Also love that this product is cruelty-free Think I found my cleanser! Yay!

Too much cooling. Not for sensitive skim
Received this as a gift. The ingredients are not on the tube itself and it has no scent but beware- it has irritating citrus & other essential oils, plus some type of menthol which gives a VERYY strong cooling effecI which lasted way after it is rinsed. Didnt completely dry out my skin but didnt leave it feeling super soft/moisturized either.

Not good
I tried this for the first time two days ago. After I rinsed it off my skin felt very cool and fresh due to the menthol but I had a bad feeling about it. Two days later I have about 7 pimples on my cheeks and I’ve never broken out on my cheeks before. I have combination skin but my cheeks have always been clear until now. Would not recommend

Perfect balance
Have been using this cleanser for over 8 years. It's perfect for my skin: it cleans deeply, leaves my skin fresh, clean, hydrated. Has a light refreshing scent. I have oily acne-prone skin and this is perfect twice a day. Hydrates and cleans well, the perfect balance for me and doesn't cause breakouts. A truly fantastic formula.

Excellent for Dry Skin!!!
The ingredients in this are phenomenal. There's more fragrance than I would like, but it does smell nice. Great for dry skin, so I use it in the winter because of my seasonal combination skin. Feels extremely nice when it is on, there's a gentle and refreshing tingle after use.

Felt like having mint on my face
I don’t mind it at all and seems to clean my face fine. But I just don’t like how it makes my face feels afterward. It’s like have mint on my face. At first I thought I had put the wrong product on like maybe a foot cream. It’s not for me.

I tried this just tonight. I have oily , combination skin and I love the cooling sensation. It feels good after having makeup on my face all day which made it oily. This took all that off and left my skin feeling refreshed and soft.

I don't usually use cream cleansers, but this is my second purchase. Burt's Bees Deep Cleansing Cream is very good for my sensitive skin. You don't need to use too much either.
