Use fingertips to splash warm water (bath temperature is ideal) on lashes several times and press gently.
Or, wet a cotton pad with warm water, press to eye, then wipe away.

Doesn't smudge or flake!
This is my favorite mascara. While it give a more natural look, and not so much drama, it doesn't bother my eyes at all and lasts all day without smudging or flaking. I always have issues with one or the other when trying other mascaras. I have small eyes, with sparse, fine lashes. I LOVE the small brush, it makes it much easier to apply. This one was hard to get for a while and I feared it was discontinued, so I looked for alternatives and couldn't find one I liked. I'd rather go without mascara than to struggle keeping mascara flakes out of my eyes or smudges from under my eyes all day. Fortunately, with this, I don't have to.

Not What It Use To Be
I've been using this product for many, many years. I find it the best one on the market for staying power and it is easy to remove with just warm water. I find, unfortunately, it's not nearly as good as it use to be. The amount in each tube has decreased significantly and the mascara itself dries out quickly in the tube and becomes clumpy and hard to apply . I have tried other products which are far worse so I continue to use this Clinique product as it is still the best one one the market. I am disappointed how the quality and quantity of the product has declined.

Only Mascara I'll Wear
This is the only mascara I've bought for 8+ years. I've been gifted others and cannot bring myself to use any other formula. I'm oily and a crier and everything else makes me look like a raccoon by the end of the day. This product stays on and I love how easily it comes off with warm water. 4 instead of 5 stars because I find I have to replace tubes every couple of months because the product dries out in the tube and gets clumpy. It's really frustrating having to throw out almost full bottles!

Never smudges, ever
Possibly the best mascara I've ever used. At 31 years old, I'd never had mascara that didn't smudge. Waterproof, not waterproof, expensive, inexpensive, it didn't matter, it always smudged. This is the first time I can wear mascara the whole day without black shadows forming below my eyes. It also makes my bottom lashes super long, which I had just never experienced before. Also, it's really easy to remove, I just use warm water and a facesilk pad, but anything with warm water would work, probably even just your fingers. I don't think I need to buy any other mascaras.

Trying to replace Natural Glossy Mascara
I have fine medium length eyelashes, so upset that Natural Glossy Mascara was discontinued, spent so many years looking for the perfect one, I found the glossy mascara and never looked back. Now I'm searching again The brush is too small, does nothing for my lashes, I like tubing mascaras, I tried the new green tube mascara, didn't like it, brush was ok, but mascara clumped. Please bring back "Glossy"

Superb Mascara but never available
Love this Mascara and have been using it exclusively for close to 10 years... until now. I've been trying to order it in black since March and it has not been available for almost 5 months. I couldn't wait any longer back in April so I ordered the brown but it doesn't have the same impact when the lashes are darker than the product. It's been unavailable locally for longer than that so I'm guessing it'll soon be discontinued. It's unfortunate when such a fabulous product is no longer available. I'll have a hard time finding something I like as much.

Not a substitute for Naturally Glossy mascara
I never write reviews but I'm so disappointed with this mascara I felt the need. It was recommended as the replacement for the Naturally Glossy mascara that was discontinued. The brush is small and does not provide proper coverage. Not a good product and will be looking else where for my mascara.

Please bring back the Naturally Glossy Mascara
I too read this was the closest replacement to my holy grail mascara that's been discontinued. It is most certainly not. It clumps and goes on entirely too thick. I like the no makeup makeup look at this does not give me that look. Please bring back Naturally Glossy Mascara! It quite obviously has a rather large fan base!
