Excellent as a night mask for your lips!
There are many reasons why I thought this product wasn't worth the hefty price tag including the small size and the fact that it looks like plain old petroleum jelly. But... after using it, I have to admit that it is so much better than any other product I have ever used on my lips, and I'm a bit of a lip product junkie. I still do believe that it is way too pricey for the amount that you get, but the results, soft and hydrated lips, keep me coming back. It's better than any stick, balm or cream I have used before. I really can't live without it!

Plumps and softens
This is great lip balm!! I struggle with dry lips and have tried just about every product out there to no avail. After receiving a sample of this I quickly ordered 3 of them because I loved it so much. At first glance it makes lips glossy and soft, but it also lasts for hours!!! With continued use I can now see my lips plumping and the fine lines on my top lip disappearing. I like the fact that it if I wear it over lipstick, my lipstick stays in place! At night I put on a thicker coat and no more waking up with dry lips. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it!!

A great lip balm but a little overpriced IMO
I have probably 40 or more lip balms/treatments stashed in various places, but the only lip product on my night table is Clinique's Moisture Surge Hydro-plump balm. I love how plush and bouncy the consistency is without being sticky; the tube it comes in is mess-free and doesn't result in balm getting under my nails like lip products in a little pot; and that the product isn't exposed like stick lip-balms which can attract gunk and dirt. It lasts quite a while and doesn't seem to just disappear like some other balms I've used. I apply this every single night and I haven't had even a little lip dryness since purchasing. The only downside is the price. I think it's too expensive for what it is and, hence, why I removed one star. Yes, this balm is really nice, but it doesn't contain ground-breaking ingredients or anything like that. I think more people would try and enjoy this balm if it was priced more sensibly. As much as I love this product, I will hesitate a little more than I would normally when it comes to re-purchasing Clinique skincare.

Love but very pricey
Love this one! Very moisturizing and nous Irish ing. The consistency is really thick , like Vaseline, so it's perfect for the cold Canadian winter. I also love the fact that it has zero perfume. Wish it was a bit more affordable though. Maybe sell it in a BOGO pack?

Hydrating and plumping
As an avid Clinique fan and former employee I confidently recommend this lip balm. I use it as an over night treatment and it gives a thick barrier that prevents my lips from drying out from AC. I didn't realize it had a plumping affect until my mother thought I had gotten lip filler but I was just wearing the lip treatment- zero tingling sensation

Great product for lips
I love Moisture Surge - Lip Hydro-Plump Treatment. Keeps my lips soft and dewy. I would give it a 5 star rating if it came in a jar instead of a tube. It's been difficult to get to get the right amount once the tube in is halfway, I either get nothing or too much comes out when squeezing. I hate wasting this product.

Great overnight lip mask
I use it as an overnight lip mask as it has a thick texture. My lips are moist and plump the next morning despite harsh winter in Canada. In the description, it says "use day and night", "for makeup prep" but I don't see how it can be used in day time/under lipstick due to its texture. So yeah great lip mask but description is somewhat misleading.

Best lip moisturizer
I have tried MANY lip moisturizers and this is by far the best I have encountered. Works fast and effectively even good in harsh winter weather. PLEASE do not discontinue this product. Would recommend, currently buying more.
