Hard to handle!
First product I don't like from e-cloth company!
I have small hands and am not very strong in my arms,
so I find that it is hard to handle. Very stiff all over.
The extension wasn't working right. Even my husband had problems
to adjust it. Also dissappointed that the duster itself doesn't come off
easily to throw into washing machine. But the worst was that I was dusting
over our TV screen and the top of duster left a scratch on it. All over...can't recommend it. Special not for elderly people. Hope e-cloth company will come out with a better solution than that product.

I wanted a reusable product this was to be the 1. Telescopic pole doesn't lock care for duster can't read how to care for it writing is so small had to get out magnifying glass.

Poor features
The end of the is plastic wand will scratch glass surfaces like tv, glass coffee table etc. Impossible to remove duster to wash.
