Girl, this mascara is not even worth the 4$
It is clumpy and cheap.
Like seriously so clumpy, its makes your eyelashes a whole hot mess of goop.
I have not experienced the “plumping” effect at all.
SO disappointed as I really LOVE e.l.f. products.

Upon opening, the tube had the consistency of a mascara at the end of its life. Having never used it before, I can’t say if that’s typical. It was impossible to layer.
